something4 acquire Cyrane Systems

We are delighted to announce that as of 8th November 2005 Something4 purchased the IPR and certain assets of the Cyrane business.

Something4 is currently supporting and developing in excess of 600 online businesses, among them blue chip financial institutions as well as SMEs. We are now securing resources to add to the key personnel joining us from Cyrane in addition to the existing talented and professional staff at Something4. With these additional resources, Something4 will be in a position to offer existing and new clients of the Cyrane Merchant Server product a full service and support for your existing system as we move forward into 2006.
